Liberia’s Chief Justice Francis Korkpor wants legal practioners exercise their lawful duties, with their conscience and the law as their guide.
The Chief Justice urged judges and lawyers to live above reproach in the execution of their duties.
According to ELBC, the Chief Justice spoke Monday, in Tubmanburg, Bomi County, during the commissioning and seating of Judge Ciapha Carey as Resident Judge of the 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Bomi County.
Responding, Judge Carey assured that justice will be dispensed to all, adding that the court is the last place of hope for justice.
The commissioning and seating of Judge Ciapha Carey coincided with the opening of courts across Liberia for the August Term.
